This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Personal Data We Collect

When you submit an inquiry or consultation request through our website or landing pages, we may collect:

• Name and job title
• Company name, website and industry
• Email address and phone number
• Information you provide about your business goals, target markets and partner preferences
• Technical data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6), such as IP address, device/browser type and pages visited

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data:

(a) within the Vintage Management group, including ビンテージマネジメント株式会社, our affiliate in Japan;

(b) with relevant Japanese companies, business partners, interpreters, event organisers, meeting coordinators, professional advisers and other parties involved in providing the requested services, where necessary to assess, arrange or follow up on the business matching, consultation or advisory services you have requested;

(c) with service providers who support our operations, such as website hosting, form management, email, CRM, scheduling, analytics, advertising, messaging and cloud storage providers; and

(d) where required by law, regulation or public authorities.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, including but not limited to Japan, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations or other appropriate safeguards to provide a standard of protection comparable to the Singapore PDPA.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies, Advertising and Communication Tools

Our website and landing pages may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure website usage, improve advertising performance and show relevant ads.
